Alan Yeates
Originally from Ireland, Alan came to the U.S. in his early twenties. Eager and motivated, he found himself learning multiple trades while given the opportunity to work as a handyman. Being fond of the roofing industry, he decided to start his own company with his step son Gaspar as partner. Now in his late sixties, Alan enjoys running the company from the management perspective, while Gaspar leads the team on the production and development side.
Gaspar Mendoza
Starting at the young age of sixteen and now in his late thirties, Gaspar is a well-rounded roofer and business partner that leads by example. Truly honing in on his craft, Gaspar is a seasoned professional when it comes to all roofing types and scenarios that need to be handled with intricate detail. As Alan and Gaspar have worked together for over 25 years, communication, collaborative efforts, and a team mentality remain strong within the business.
Fabian Araujo
Being Gaspar’s brother in-law, Fabian was introduced to the roofing industry at the young age of eighteen. After working in the field along side the rest of the team, he quickly realized he wanted to learn more of the business end as well. Fabian studied Business Administration at Cal Poly SLO after transferring from Cuesta College. Today he helps Alan on the management perspective, while continuing to learn from Gaspar and other team members as well.
